BOUJINTEX 5000 U is a two-component, high-grade polyurethane floor coating that can be applied on indoor or outdoor, mortar and concrete surfaces. It is a special quick-dry paint with excellent abrasion resistance that is peculiar to the urethane resin. A multipurpose product with outstanding resistance against weather, water, chemical, and oil.

Instructions

PREPARATION

  • Remove laitance and dense layer from the surface with a polisher and sanding machine.
  • Roughen the base surface for better adhesion.
  • Remove any dirt, dust, and oil on the surface.
  • Treat cracks, unevenness, etc., with epoxy putty.

 

APPLICATION

  • Stir the base and hardener thoroughly to avoid color floating and poor curing.
  • Adjust viscosity by adding 10% – 20% of the recommended thinner to the paint.
  • Use only the recommended thinner to avoid insufficient strength or poor curing.
  • Apply with a brush or roller.
  • Coat the undercoat and let the surface dry 4-24 hours.
  • Coat the topcoat and let the surface dry 1 hour.
  • Whole application process until fully cured will take 2-3 days.
