BOUJINTEX AQUA ALPHA is a one-component, water based, hard type acrylic floor paint that can be applied on mortar, concrete, and asphalt surfaces. Mizutani Paint invented a special self-crosslinking secret formula that creates a tough film. An eco-friendly and easy to use coating that provides protection against contamination and changing weather conditions. Applicable for indoor and outdoor use.

Instructions

PREPARATION

  • Remove laitance and dense layer from the surface with a polisher and sanding machine.
  • Roughen the base surface for better adhesion.
  • Remove any dirt, dust, and oil on the surface.
  • Treat cracks, unevenness, etc., with epoxy putty.

 

APPLICATION

  • Apply with a brush or roller.
  • Coat the undercoat and let the surface dry 4 hours or more.
  • Coat the topcoat and let it dry 2 hours or more.
  • Whole application process until fully cured will 2 days.
